The Alibey Villas, which began construction in 2009 in Eyüp, is a project built on a 5,200 m² plot with a total construction area of 11,000 m².

The project consists of 80 apartments, with sizes ranging from 65 to 194 m², and housing types vary from 2+1 to 4+1. The social facilities of the project include a fitness center, sauna, Turkish bath, and a basketball court.
